E-MTB Beginner session for riders who would like some help getting on a bike. Each week we will look at a skill in isolation followed by a ride to put it into action.
Week 1 - Breaks and gear changing
Week 2 -Bike, Body, Head
Week 3 - Basic Navigation and trail side repairs
Week 4 - Ride Out
Locations: Meet at Activity HQ, Whispering Trees at the Base of Ballaugh plantation on week 1, following weeks TBC
Cost:
With your own bike - £25 per session or £80 for all four sessions.
Hiring one of our full suspension E-MTBs - £40 per session or £120 for all four.

E-MTB Improvers' session for riders who would like some help to 'find the flow'. Each week we will look at a skill in isolation followed by a ride to put it into action.
Week 1 - Bike, Body, Head
Week 2 - Front & Rear Wheel Lifts
Week 3 - Step Ups & Roll Offs
Week 4 - Low level Flying (small jumps)
